EuroWeb3 — Mission Statement
EuroWeb3 is building Europe’s first cross-border Web3 launchpad.
Our mission is to connect innovation ecosystems across the continent and provide startups with a shared European pathway — from idea to prototype, from local ecosystem to EU-wide growth.
We bring together founders, developers, policymakers, investors, and researchers to co-create a common framework for Web3 acceleration. Through collaborative events, open innovation challenges, and a shared blueprint for long-term cooperation, EuroWeb3 strengthens Europe’s digital sovereignty and makes decentralized innovation accessible to all Member States.
House of Web3 (Luxembourg)
Based in Luxembourg, the association connects Web3 communities, organizes national and EU-level events, and builds bridges between innovators, institutions, and policymakers.
Within EuroWeb3, House of Web3 leads project management, governance, communication, and the design of the Joint Programme Blueprint 2.0. The organization also hosts the Luxembourg Flagship Event and Acceleration Week, bringing together stakeholders from across Europe.
With strong links to national innovation bodies, EU networks, and industry leaders, House of Web3 ensures transparency, digital project management, and high-quality execution throughout the programme.
APBC (Portugal)
APBC – Associação Portuguesa de Blockchain e Criptomoedas (Portugal)
APBC is Portugal’s leading blockchain and crypto association, bringing together startups, researchers, legal experts, companies, and policymakers to advance responsible Web3 adoption.
APBC has played a key role in shaping national blockchain strategies, advising ministries, participating in AML forums, and delivering dozens of community events, workshops, and webinars.
Within EuroWeb3, APBC leads the Portugal Web3 Innovation Challenge, engaging the Southern European ecosystem (Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta). The association mobilizes regional partners, mentors, and public institutions to ensure high participation and real policy impact.

BHA (Hungary)
Blockchain Magyarország Egyesület – BHA (Hungary)
Blockchain Hungary is the national non-profit association promoting blockchain adoption, education, and innovation across Hungary and Central–Eastern Europe.
The association has deep experience collaborating with universities, accelerators, ministries, and EU digital initiatives (e.g., EDIH – DigitalTech). BHA regularly organises meetups, educational programmes, and cross-sector dialogues to support SMEs and startups in using emerging technologies.
Within EuroWeb3, BHA leads the Hungary Web3 Prototype Sprint, focusing on widening-region inclusion and collaboration across CEE countries (AT, SK, CZ, PL, RO, HR, SI, BG, Baltics).
